Drummond Island Ferry Dock
The Drummond Island Ferry Dock is the welcoming gateway to island life. Operated by Eastern Upper Peninsula Transportation Authority (EUPTA), the ferry connects the mainland at De Tour Village to Drummond Island with a scenic 10-minute ride across the St. Marys River.
Arriving at the island dock, visitors are greeted by fresh air, open water views, and the unmistakable feeling of stepping into adventure. From here, you’re just minutes from ORV trails, marinas, restaurants, lodging, and some of the island’s most iconic natural attractions.
The dock area serves as:
The main arrival and departure point for vehicles and walk-on passengers
A popular photo spot for ferry arrivals
An easy access point to nearby businesses and island roadways
Ferry service operates year-round, including winter ice conditions when necessary, making Drummond Island accessible in every season.
Whether you’re visiting for outdoor adventure, relaxation, or island exploration, your Drummond Island experience begins the moment you roll off the ferry.
